The awards recognise innovative and creative architectural interiors – including bars, restaurants, cafés and clubs – where people eat and drink. Judging is based on a combination of space creation and planning, furniture, finishes, aesthetic performance and functionality. Space allocation, circulation, building services, lighting, fixtures, flooring, colour, furniture and finishes are also considered.
